Due to the custom nature of our creative and strategic work, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Design & Marketing Projects: A non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins on brand identity, web design, or marketing campaigns. Once creative assets have been delivered or campaigns have launched, no refunds will be issued.
2. Project Cancellation: If a client chooses to cancel a project before completion, they are responsible for paying for all hours worked and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
3. Retainer Services: Monthly retainers (e.g., SEO, social media management) require a 30-day written notice for cancellation. Partial months are not refunded.
