1. Services and Deliverables: Creativo Agency will provide design and marketing services as outlined in your specific project proposal or contract.
2. Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of full payment, the client assumes ownership of the final designs and marketing assets. Creativo Agency retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
3. Client Responsibilities: The client must provide timely feedback, necessary brand assets, and approvals. Delays on the client’s end may result in adjusted project timelines and additional fees.
